INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Apply to exhibit by filling out the Exhibitor Application.

  2. Apply to host a program: If you are interested in hosting a program or a product theater during this conference, please also fill out our Hosted Program Application. There are limited slots available, so get your application in early!

  3. Wait: We will process your application and contact you with payment details.

  4. Promote the event: Share our Conference Flyer and MMS Graphic with the physicians in your territory.

Non-profit or medical association - $500

  • Table location assigned by CNS


Per Day - $1,000 - $2,000

If you only wish to exhibit on certain days of the conference, you may apply on a per-day basis.

  • Friday - $2,000
  • Saturday - $2,000
  • Sunday - $1,000


Silver - $4,500

  • Preferential choice of table in the Exhibitor's Room relative to per-day sponsors
  • Increased logo & name prominence on onsite signage relative to per-day sponsors
  • Increased logo & name prominence on our website relative to per-day sponsors


Gold - $8,000

  • 1 Saturday dinner ticket
  • Preferential choice of table in the Exhibitor's Room relative to Silver sponsors
  • Increased logo & name prominence on onsite signage relative to Silver sponsors
  • Increased logo & name prominence on our website relative to Silver sponsors, plus link to company website


Platinum - $12,000

  • 2 adjacent display tables

Hosting a Program

If a commercial exhibitor hosts a program or product theater in addition to their exhibit, they receive a 50% discount on the price of that exhibit. If your company would like to host a program or product theater, please fill out the Hosted Program Application form in addition to the Exhibitor Application form.
